My products will no longer reside at SATC due to a change of TOU that is set to enforce all designers to accept and change their own tou for their kits. This is something I do not stand for whether it affects me or not. All scrap kit designers have 100% right to determine their tou, not anyone else can change that. Since I am not ok with this, I have removed my products and terminating my contract per requested from store owner. The same great products can be purchased at Pimp My Tags with Scraps, O'Scrap Candy Shack, PFD, Twilight Scraps and Digi Divaz. Ty and have a wonderful week ♥

I agree. Your products, your TOU.
What did they want to put in the designers TOU, if you don't mind me asking?
They were were requiring that all taggers credit the tube artist as well as the scrap kit designer physically on the tag. Which is fine if a designers tou calls for that but you cant just up and say you have to do this or else because I think I am ruler and you have to -_- We was not even given notification of said change or even ASKED about it. So I was told if I did not like it I could leave, so I left without a second thought because no one rules me or tells me what I will or will not require in my TOU lol Since I left they have revoked the new tou at SATC, guess someone noticed designers are not afraid to leave :S
I can't blame you hun. It's not up to someone else what your TOU states unless a specific CU items says's you can't do this.. but it's your kit.. not there..
I'm glad they re-voked it but i wonder how many they lost..
Hon I agree with you 100%. Now I did give you credit on my blog header because I used papers & elements from your kit Kiss This, which was purchased from Twilight Scraps. I am also planning to use different elements throughout the blog. I put together the layout only, you'll receive credit as the fab scrap kit maker. They lost a couple others that had said the same that I did, they either left or was actually kicked out. Thank you Twisted, like I say its appreciated but not required I just wont stand for someone trying to change mine and all designers tou in one store without even asking.
